I've managed to list 34 items on ebay today. 3 of them already have watchers so I'm hopeful for some more sales in 10 days time. There's a couple more bits which I want to list (DD's old bike from the shed, DS's beaver uniform and a pair of my old jeans) but I forgot to get the clothes down this morning and the light was faded and I haven't got dressed since I got up at lunch time so I didn't want to go out to the shed for the bike :o.
Hopefully tomorrow though. THe items I have got listed take up about 3 cubic feet of space so it'll release a fair amount of space if they all go!
I've also decluttered an awful lot of biscuits today :o:D.
We got the house lovely and clean and tidy earlier before I got all of my ebay listing stuff out. Tomorrow morning, I will go and put all of the listing stuff up in the box I've set aside for listing. At this moment in time, it's still empty because I can't open the lid as I've buried it under clean clothes and the other ebay listings. When will I learn to put stuff away after myself for heavens sake!

A day in the 'shoffice' today. The shoffice is a fantastic 'office' my OH built when he built his workshop at the bottom of the garden, during a period of being 'inbetween' jobs. Its very well insulated and very light; the intention being to use it as an office when he thought he might so self employed. However that didnt happen so I was allowed to 'store' stuff in there on the promise it would be Eb*yed or Fr**gled etc. Hmmm. Must get onto it as I promised I would clear it last summer. So today is the day.....................wish me luck :o

I'm mass ebaying today, aiming to hit 100 listed lol but probably get to about half! Lots of stuff has watchers and bids so getting there slowly.

I've got some stuff that is going to be harder to sell so only relisting that stuff on free listing weekends lol
  • Decluttering so far today:
    broken sewing basker - bin
torn beach mat - bin (did I really think I could mend it?)
box of assorted mugs and glasses - charity shop
set of children's encyclopaedias - charity shop
    decanter - charity shop
train money box - charity shop
3 old phone books - recycling
kids art work from backs of doors - bin
black bag of assorted carp - bin
Also now up to 51 boxes packed for the move - I've tried to update my sig, but I get an error message - BB code is too big. I've tried reducing everything to size 1 and making the text black, but it still won't work. Might be decluttering my sig too at this rate!

Dead micro safely deposited and OH BROUGHT BACK the bluddy innards:mad: I despair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

His reason behind this was they might be useful - for what???? New micro will have its own set of racks, trays, turntable thing. Well later today they are going in his precious shed which he is in now decluttering for installation of whatever it is we need for solar panels which are happening next week. In that case there will be a 'space' for the oh so useful micro racks :)
My commerisations - definately a bloke thing.
So far this weekend we have.15 2 haloween straws
    16 4 poppies
    171ipair of wellies
18 -22 4 pairs worn out shoes from dd wardrobe
    22-30 Cleared out bathroom cabinet
    31 perished hot water bottle
    32-35 books from son

bad news is OH has been to an audio jumble today
  • Today I've used an old shoe box to help organise my catalogues and shopping bags drawer. I've got 3 shoe boxes in the drawer underneath for lightbulbs, holiday stuff like suitcase locks and plugs, and bits like fuses and tape. Helps to keep everything in one place instead of rolling around. :)

Took everything out of the boiler cupboard in the kitchen and recycled a load of old booklets. Fixed the shelves in there and put tea towels back where we can get to them more easily. I'll be taking a few tea towels into work after half term as we have so many! Also put the cookery books on the window ledge where we can see them so we know what we've got.

    Well I was at 29/100

Today I have binned some of my late husbands things (2 face wash tubes that were in the shower, his 'special' toothpaste and two half used tubs of vitamin e gel that I won't use and had gone all watery). I don't like getting rid of his stuff but they weren't important. All his clothes are still in the wardrobe but it's early days yet.
I've recycled two big cardboard boxes, and made some oaty bars for the children, so that used up 3 lots of leftover packets from the store cupboard.

So that's another 10 for me today. I've also photographed a cot mobile, cot top changer, baby carseat and base and booster seat, plus some kiddie coats and things ready to list on eBay tonight when they've gone to bed. At least another 10 items and I'm only doing three day listings as I've no patience with the longer ones lol.

    39/100

I've now got 35 items listed and will hopefully get more stuff listed this evening.
I have put all the listed items into the box in my bedroom- not put the clothes away yet but I have at least got the stuff put away!
