Vodafone Iphone 4s cashback - how to claim?!

I pre ordered the Iphone 4s on the day of release and in return I was informed I would receieve £59 cashback, it was splashed on their website too, but now when I ring Vodafone to chase it they say they have no recollection of it.

How can I force them or ensure they provide this?
Aren't all calls recorded in terms of setting up contracts? As it was stated to me in the T&Cs when I signed up over the phone, I want to access this recording if need be to reclaim my cashback if they persist in saying they do not know about the cashback.

Has anyone else had this issue? Or does anyone know how to overcome the issue?

Just spoke to them again and they said there is a backlog of the payments but I should expect it soon...!
Well at least I know now I called at 9.55am on Thursday 29th December 2011 and they confirmed I am owed £59 cashback.

Not impressed with their admin on this process, i will chase them until I get that money off my bill!
