Mobile rainbow rip off!!!!!

Mobile Rainbow are still squirming out of honouring their cashback promise. I am still waiting for my 2nd cashback and now my 3rd is due. Customer services gave the old chestnut of 'technical difficulties'. These scammers have been experiencing technical difficulties for 12 months now! What gets me is how sincere they are when they come up with these excuses (read lies). Today they assured me that I will get my cashbach in 10 days. They gave the same assurance in November, December and last month. When I pointed this out they simply gave an appology assuring me that this time I would get it. I've reported them to 3 who don't give a monkeys. I will not be touching Mobile Rainbow or indeed 3 again!

As far as I can see they are all the same. Only one I had any luck with was Mobile shop. Dont touch Phones 2 u direct. they are disaster, always say they never received my documents or wrong ones sent, or too late. all disaster
