I too have received a letter from CP Plus asking me to pay up for parking at Moto Ferybridge. To be honest I never gave it a thought as I had been to see my sister (who was in intensive care) at Hull Royal and this was not on the top of my to do list. I am guessing that I should ignore it then. Feel a bit of a criminal mind as I dont do illegal parking and sweat at the thought of getting a ticket. How many letters can I expect to receive??

1. You haven't parked illegally so stop sweating about that.
2. It's not a ticket, penalty or fine, its an invoice which is not enforceable. Relax.
3. A few, but just file them away and don't respond to them."You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"

There is the CP Plus series of threatmail letters on one of the board stickies. Play snap with them and ignore. CP Plus do not take people to court but like most scammers, threaten hell and damnation.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0

I found the last batch i received quite interesting - It's not their VAT Reg number they quote.
Now, i may be wrong but i can't see them wanting that highlighted in front of any Judge.

My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

I'm assuming you overstayed your "free" parking at a moto service station, this case the landowner has suffered a small loss (whatever the stated daily rate is you would normally pay if staying more than 2 hours, say £5). However CP Plus has suffered no damages and the only person whom can sue you is Moto, which they won't because it will cost them to much time & effort for the state of £5.
Carry on ignoring CP Plus0 -
