I have used this company twice and will never use them again!
Both orders were placed within a day of each other. First order took 2 weeks to arrive - they are very slow at dispatching orders. Since this company is quite local to me I thought I would receive my orders quick, but it took a lot longer than my orders from other companies such as ZooPlus.
My second order did not arrive so I waited 14 working days as I was told Royal Mail do not class a parcel as missing until 14 working days have past (I am aware of RM's terms but it is not fair to keep customers waiting for a replacement of refund). Finally refunded after around 5 weeks (and only because I opened a Paypal dispute) even though I should have been refunded within 30 days under DSR.A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0 -
well my order that was placed on 28th Dec arrived yesterday, I rang on Tuesday to check what was happening as it was still saying processing and he said it could take until 10th Jan then checked and said it was being picked that day and would be with me within 24 hrs - and it was - courier didnt wait for a signature nor leave a card but thats about the norm.A home is not a home ..... without a dog

I've been using them for over two years to order large sacks of dog food, the price was always competitive and given the size of the sacks it was easier to get someone to bring them to my door, I always thought they were very good up until the past month. I guess the saying you only know how good a company is when you have a problem is true. I got my dog a lead which was described as 'deluxe' and cost over £30, so I expected it to last almost 'forever', it broke after ten months. Now my dog is only on the lead about 10 minutes a day, its used to take her from the house to the car, then from the car to the centre of the park where she is let off to run about and then the whole lot in reverse. She is a small lab not a giant dog who might put pressure on the lead. It took a lot of arguing via email where I was getting refusals until I looked up my consumer rights on this site and quoted that it was expected to last a reasonable length of time, I also supplied them with a photo of the problem as proof of evidence of the fault. I got a phone call after that to say they are sending me a new lead, that was a week ago and I'm still waiting. I've tried to phone them but my calls are not being answered and the phone is ringing out for ten minutes and then cutting off. I am really dismayed with this company and shall never use them again.0

Ziggy, you might get a quicker response on their Facebook page if you post your problem, I am sure they won't want other customers reading a problem that has not been resolved/answered.

Thanks, I'm not on FB but I did call a partner company of theirs and ask for the MD's email address, I was then told there is no way of contacting the MD apart from through the general email address (like I was born yesterday!), anyhow I was told by a guy called Steve that the lead was despatched today, hmm coincidence. Anyhow guess I've just got to wait and see if it comes early next week or start shouting again.
He told me the company had a different MD to the one advertised, the guy had a German sounding name, I wonder if they've changed ownership.0
