Should I tell of my REFUND

Hi to anyone who can help.
Recently my daughter purchased a sofa from ASDA direct, when it arrived it was completely wrong so they refused the delivery and it was taken back. After much phone calls they were told to re-order again and a refund of the purchase price (£415) would be given.
Because they wanted to get the sofa ASAP and they didn't have the funds (until refund was received) this is where I stepped in and ordered the sofa with my credit card, they duly received the refund themselves about 4 days later and after another 2 weeks sofa arrive and all was great. They then transferred their refund to me all sorted.
So you may think what is my concern, well this all happened in Sept/Oct 2011, and now on the 15th Dec I have received another refund to my Credit Card of £415, stating that the second order I placed was "duly refunded",
My dilemma is do I tell ASDA of this refund they have made by mistake, or put the money is a savings account and wait for them to call me.
Also is there a time limit whereby I am not responsible for paying back the money.
A happy but confused shopper. :j

I would guess what are your morals like - personally I would contact them and take it from there.0

if you put the money into your savings account your main account will go minus balance causing you to have a bank charge.
just call asda and discuss with them.0 -

Drop them an email explaining what has happened and wait for them to take it back.
If they don't, you have it in writing that you told them and gave them to option to rectify it.0 -

How do you know what the balance of the OP's account may or may not be?I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say.0 -

I can't believe you haven't phoned and told them of their mistake already!
Someone might lose their job over it!!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

Go to the casino and put it all on red. If you win, give ASDA their money back, if you lose, complain that ASDA have caused you to become a gambler and ask for compensation.
Seriously, What your doing is theft. You know the money isnt yours, SO GIVE IT BACK!0 -
Even if you don't tell them, at some point they will realise the discrepency and chase you for the money -- they have 6 years to realise0
