Combi losing pressure

Our Worcester 24i combi is losing pressure.

Ive noticed over the last few weeks that the pressure clock is dropping. Generally its set to the fist mark on thr dial which is '1' When the heating is on the pressure gauge goes up then drops when its switched off again. Now over the last few weeks the gauge is dropping towards zero so we are topping the pressure up using the little tap thingy.

What is causing the pressure to drop over several days? there does not seem to be any leaks anywhere either in the unit or radiators

Is there any sign of water from the boiler (For the want of a better word) overflow pipe?
I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.

It seems like a common problem with a Combi, but if it needs topping up a lot it points to a leak somewhere, go around all the radiators to see if any of the valves feel damp

You've either got a leak somewhere on the CH circuit, or the water is discharging from a faulty PRV (usually caused by dirt or grit in it) to the outside overflow. Have you properly checked the PRV overflow?
