ISA for 16 year old

Having sorted out two out of my three grandchildren with Junior ISAs, I'm now onto the 16 year old.
I know she can have an adult one in her own right - are there any tips with regard to which is the best cash ISA for her - this isn't my area of expertise, since I usually deal with stocks and shares ISAs.
