I would like to nominate Browntoa.

I have just had a horrendous week trying to configure a Linksys product - the Linksys support centre succeeded in fouling up my laptop pc as well as NOT dealing with my original problem.

Browntoa saved the day and helped me sort out my laptop so it could get back onto the internet and my Linksys product was set-up and configured as well!!

This guy has helped me in the past with PC graphics card problem and I cannot tell you how grateful I am that there are people like him - kind enough to give their expertise freely and make the world a much less hassled place.
