No matter where I look it seems that I have to open a credit account with them, this has put me off in the past and I am really not sure now - anyone know if you can open an account without agreeing to a credit account? I'd just rather pay on my debit card.
**Edit** Oh ok....I tried clicking through without ticking the credit agreement box and it said I could choose to exit the agreement - so I did this and it says
"Sorry, on this occasion your application has been unsuccessful"
so did it really apply (without my consent) and turn me down for a credit account and does this count against me? grrr stoopid site, still happy for 50p baloons and a free gift, lol
**Second edit** ok I give up, I can make the woolite go to click & collect but not the actual item so I still have to pay delivery. Would have been a good offer though, thanks."There is no substitute for time."

I paid by card, the item i bought has been dispatched but the Woolite (even though it says order accepted in my order history) hasn't been dispatched. Am I right in assuming this treat is just for credit account customers?
As others have said, they seem to send out the woolite separately. I'm assuming we'll get it, it's in my list of orders and I paid by card.0 -
Thanks OP.
Note the Frankie & Bennys deal - £10 off with no min spend. I'd prefer that but not so sure about the short end date (2/1/12 - 12/2/12)
When it says 'how would you like to pay' make sure you scroll down if you want to pay by Credit/Debit card - they have hidden that quite well!
be careful there; note the Ts and Cs for the voucher:
'The voucher entitles the bearer to £10 off their total bill, when ordering a minimum of two main courses from the main menu at Frankie & Benny's restaurants.'

Ive chosen click and collect and its charging me delivery, does anyone know why this might be? TIA0
-
does the item say click and collect as well as the woolite?0
-
Okay....i have answered my own question and for anyone else having problems getting click and collect to work on some items. I just phoned their expensive telephone number and was told that not all items can delivered by CC as some are sent straight from supplier via royal Mail.
i can get the Woolite delivered by CC but not the modelling clay or the balloons0
