I'm sure I did a treat deal with very not so long ago - to receive a bottle of something (can't remember what!). I don't think they send it automatically as I never received mine. It says to check your emails and it will tell you what to do next. (email address used was DH's who just deleted the email thinking it was junk!)

they cancelled my whole order(stock issue) and sent the treat on its own

Same with mine, Woolite is due to be delivered earlier (two different dates on invoice).

Has anyone paid by card as opposed to opened a credit account and still got the Woolite? I paid by card, the item i bought has been dispatched but the Woolite (even though it says order accepted in my order history) hasn't been dispatched. Am I right in assuming this treat is just for credit account customers?
