I'm not sure my bruises suggest we didn't hurt anyone (except each other apparently). True, just seems weird as he's been a mate for so long but as I said I've always fancied him slightly, but whenever I've been single before he's had a girlfriend and when he's been single I've had someone. Not spoken to him since Sunday morning now so not sure how it's going to play out, don't think either of us are in any place to want a long distance relationship so hopefully the friendship will carry on as before. Did feel disturbingly comfortable to wake up on Sunday spooning with him though - inspite of the fact his room was boiling hot.
Been to Mr T on my way home from work and bought some salad stuff and potatos, so going to defrost a chicken breast and have some form of chicken salad for dinner then make another breast in to a pasta salad to take with me to work tomorrow. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Chicken plan for tonight was scrapped as the chicken wasn't fully defrosted yet so dinner was a random assortment of bacon bits, onion, mushrooms, broccoli, baby sweetcorn and runner beans.
Will dry fry the chicken with paprika and cook some pasta later. Will use the salad stuff for dinner on Thursday now I think. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Wow its been hot this weekend!
Had an afternoon out with the girls yesterday, we hired canoes and went for a paddle on the canal, before retiring to a lovely pub for dinner and an early evening drink or two.
Hugely enjoyed my shift at work this afternoon since it was hot and stuffy in work and there were almost no customers at all.
Had someone round this evening buying some DVD's and books from me, so thats a few more ££ in to the kitty and a few less items to dispose of before I move. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Logged in to Ciao and dooyoo to find that Ciao's premium fund has been paid for the month and I've got to another payout level so will wait for this months money to land then request it. Dooyoo miles have also reached the redemption threshold, but as I don't particularly need anything from amazon at the moment I'll not cash out and keep them building.
Also had an email from amazon one of the dvd's I listed has sold, so need to go to the post office before work tomorrow morning. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

been strangely productive since my previous post
Have sorted the application for a refund of my TV licence - not sure what they want by way of proof though.
Called an informed the council of my move so I can get my CT cancelled and hopefully a small refund.
Called and informed the water company that I'm moving, again should be due a small refund.
Cancelled my Virgin Media account, sadly they want another £180 from me for the cancellation but I was expecting that.
Have also renewed my car insurance. My parents address is costing me £75 more than my current address which has surprised me.It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

My parents are coming down with the vans a week on Saturday. Still not entirely sure how or when I'm going to get everything packed up though, feel like I'm constantly putting things in boxes then falling over the boxes! It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

My step Dad visited this morning while I was at work and has taken all the stuff I'd already got packed. Instantly the livingroom feels empty!
He's left me some plastic stacking crates so I can get on with packing whats left, but as he uses them for work they need a clean first, planning to use one for all my kitchen stuff, will pack the plates etc wrapped in my spare sheets and towels as I won't need them while I stay with my Dad (my bed at Dad's house is smaller than my bed here, and he still has an airing cupboard full of towels). So just need to start washing things up and packing them after I've used them this week.
I need to start looking at pulling apart the flat pack furniture, so one of the bookcases can come down then I need to sort out packing up and disposing of the books on the other.
Had a letter from the bank this afternoon which caused me a minor panic, told me I'd gone in to an unauthorised overdraft, I mis-read the account number and decided to use what would have been this months rent to pay off the over draft on my main account, then realised that it was the other account and I'd known it'd gone over for a day and was already paid off!
Still not having the o/d does mean I'm paying less in interest next month. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
