Puts down the candles and opens the counters :)

....did someone open a bag of counters? Appreciate that I'm off to bed, but it's not like I've brushed my teeth yet....

Briefly wonders which house Nora did her B&E act on last night since mine has no laminate....

Anyway. Today I posted another amazon sale, listed two more things on ebay and managed to organise my collection of mildly success Australian female artists from the start of the century. All whilst watching Finding Nemo and The Big Blue. In french. Which was only a little bit annoying.

So one of my next tasks is to work out what I did with the remote control for my DVD player - I know I packed it when I brought the player south, but I don't remember unpacking it when I arrived and it certainly isn't anywhere obvious in the living room!

Next door. The "Failure To Stop" was *that* bad...

I was thinking Kylie - but she doesn't start at this century.

A blue movie? In French? And it's annoying? Surely you didn't watch it for the storyline? ;)

Have you used it since you arrived there?

It's best we don't discuss my musical preferences too much....

In this case, well actually frankly the story line works in French too since I know the film so well.

I have but I've never needed to change the language of the film before so just pressing the button on the front of the player has been sufficient. I suspect the remote is in a bag of clothes upstairs which hasn't been unpacked yet but was just chucked at the top of my wardrobe.

I suppose if you have a talking fish, it's not unreasonable for it to be speaking French...

Clothes...remote...I'm sure there's a connection, I'm just not thinking of it at the moment.

There are no talking fish in this one. Although I suppose you could argue that Jacques was as much dolphin as human.

Nope no logical connection to be found, just that I almost forgot the remote and grabbed in on my way out the door and put it in the bag I was carrying at the time which I presume must have been the bag of clothes since I clearly haven't unpacked it and put it with the DVD player.

Done quite well today, haven't spent any money I didn't plan to. Returned the toilet buttons to B&Q which didn't fit my toilet, so got the money mooching its way back on to my credit card for that. Quidco check-in's all collected whilst in two different town centres to do mystery shops.

Need to get those written up at some point soon before I lose the motivation for it.
