Yeah, yeah - you really sound unfit. Yeah. And I'm the King of Poland...scubaangel wrote: »I'd be really really good at it I never wanted to do it full time, instead I find it easier to abuse those who have decided to do it full time.
Sounds a bit like the rationale for grandchildren; you do your stint, then hand them back, go home and flatten a bottle of wine... :rotfl:"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

If I can have grandchildren without the hassle of children....or the hassle of a bloke to aquire step children.
Sadly for all I seem active I actually am unfit, tbh I'm fitter now than I was when I did my TA training so I actually have no clue how I passed it, looking back I can only assume it was my ability to drink until the PTI's and other instructors passed out before me that got me through as even now I'm not sure I could run the 1.5miles in under 13 mins (and don't even consider asking me to do press ups or sit ups as I still cant do them properly). On the upside I can get in to my combats again, the last time I wore them I wasn't able to even get the zip to fasten which given how high waisted they are is scary! It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Blokes are no hassle. Honestly. When they're dead...scubaangel wrote: »Sadly for all I seem active I actually am unfit,
No..."not as fit as you want to be". You don't have "an utter lack of physical fitness" as advertised...
If we were to have "the duel of the unfitness", your forces of "The Duchy of Luxembourg" would be up against my "Red Army"...scubaangel wrote: »tbh I'm fitter now than I was when I did my TA training so I actually have no clue how I passed it, looking back I can only assume it was my ability to drink until the PTI's and other instructors passed out before me that got me through as even now I'm not sure I could run the 1.5miles in under 13 mins (and don't even consider asking me to do press ups or sit ups as I still cant do them properly).
Neither can I. Someone has to sit on my feet for sit-ups otherwise I go nowhere...
As for 1.5 miles in 13 minutes - have car-keys...will travel... :Tscubaangel wrote: »On the upside I can get in to my combats again, the last time I wore them I wasn't able to even get the zip to fasten which given how high waisted they are is scary!
See. Continuous improvement. Continue like that, and they'll be dropping off you."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Not sure my car can even manage it....
Dead blokes are to be fair my favourite kind, I even studied forensics once to help make sure the bodies will never be found and tied to me.
And the Duchy would stagger on its high heels in to the nearest pub, cry, and make idiotic blokes but it alcohol
Hmm I was measured for them 8 years ago... chances are they'll never drop off me, but then combats are 'man' shaped an do not take in to account females having narrower waists or wider hips - hence almost all women in C95 seem to have huge bums. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

They would never be tied to you - they use bodybags now.scubaangel wrote: »Hmm I was measured for them 8 years ago... chances are they'll never drop off me, but then combats are 'man' shaped an do not take in to account females having narrower waists or wider hips - hence almost all women in C95 seem to have huge bums.

Because most women think they have large bums to begin with - and the ones I see at work actually do, and the old style combats just make them look plain fat, which means when I was fat I looked worse....

Just had a minor panic when I discovered at DD hasnt been taken but a quick phone call later and it's not only resolved but the payment has been reduced as I gave them my meter readings and I'm already in credit. Won't save me much in the next two months but it's still good to be keeping more of my money for me instead of needing to claim the refund later.
I've also just had my post and a survey company I ordered a gift voucher from a few weeks ago has sent it to me twice now. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

So what do the new-style do? They're not tailoring them now are they?

Why shouldn't I look....I need to know what the competition is like
No the new stuff and the way it has to be worn makes everyone look fat.
I don't plan to spend the voucher just yet, just in case the company realise they've made a mistake but its a paper voucher so at least it can't just be cancelled. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
