Just checking in to say I'm alive....copious sambuccas, VK's and the biggest 'small' Kebab I have ever seen failed to kill me. That night out was definitely what I needed, of course I now can't afford to do it again for months but getting out with my friend and letting my hair down without worrying about the ex, money or studying for the night was great.
I now just need to survive what is likely to be a busy afternoon at work and work out how to reply to the message the ex sent me at some point yesterday (he's apparently forgotten that I have no internet access - since he got it cut off - so theres no point facebook messaging me).

OK so work yesterday didn't quite turn out as expected. Was fairly busy but I ended up doing some over time to cover the end of the football, then spent nearly an hour pursuading two of the 'responsible' staff (including utterly lovely bloke) to leave the bar, after having it explained that if I didn't stop nagging I'd be taken out back and given a good spanking....maybe I should keep a reign on my cheeky side since suggesting I just drop my trousers and let him get on with it in bar didn't go down too well with the slightly more sober customers still present - and to be fair utterly lovely is a 'weegie he was never going to stay utterly lovely when he was that drunk and I do enjoy some slightly less than family friendly banter with him normally.

    Ahh well,

A mystery shopping payment has hit my bank account too, so have juggled the money to the appropriate accounts and paid off the meal from the credit card meaning that all the payments I get from now on are 'my' money and once I take out the tax money it can all go to the bills account.

Hmm apparently I poured a Raspberri Vodka and pepsi last night but didnt drink it, oddly pepsi tastes better warm and flat with a strong hint of raspberries....

Have decided I need to get back on my healthy eating and exersize bandwagon, since I pretty much leapt head first off of it when the ex left in March and never quite managed to scramble back aboard. I weighed myself today and have since mid May put on about 1kg, which is incredible given how little exersize I've done and how badly I've been eating. I guess I can put some of it down to 'stress' or the 'breakup diet' although I haven't particularly been aware of feeling stressed nor have I indulged in booze ups and massive quantities of icecream (at least no more than is usual for me).

My ultimate aim has always been to drop down to around 9stone7lb, and see how I feel/look at that size, my idea weight is apparently between 8stone something and 10 stone but last time I got under 10stone (admitedly this was in my mid teens) I felt like I looked ill, my face was gaunt and I had bones where I would have preferred curves. So the plan now is to drag my !!! out running a little more often and eat better to until I've dropped the 7lb. I'm in no hurry to do it, and have no intention of depriving myself to get there, just need to stop being quite so lazy!

Sent the job application at last, I loathe trying to write cover letters as I feel like I end up repeating the stuff I've already written in my CV, and don't want to flesh the details out as thats the sort of thing that's usually covered in the interview.

Still fingers crossed for me folks. In an ideal world they'll want to interview next week since I'm already planning a trip north for a couple of nights but obviously that would assume I'll even get futher than being laughed at and my CV popped in the discard pile!

I have internet reinstalled at home again :D

I also have a box to watch tv through but no actual tv yet, and apparently I have a phone line with a new number.

Annoyingly when I've tried to use the SBTV app on my phone to get back in to the habit of earning SB's its telling me it can't connect to the server. So instead am updating all of the other apps on my phone and will try again later.

Simple things definately amuse me, since getting the lappy connected up to the new router I have earned just short of 200SB, and £5 from assorted other survey companies, unfortunately none of them are particularly close to the payout levels but it does feel good to be getting back in to my old habits of being online earning rather than sitting around the house wondering what to do with all my free time!

Pepsi tastes better when it doesn't taste at all like Pepsi?

I'm sure there's a lesson to be learned there...

So don't do it then. Get yourself to a size/shape where you look down and whistle in appreciation. Weight is just a number and the same number means so many different things.

So why don't you stick stuff in that you just would never talk about in interviews, like your passion for the Amazonian Aardvark? ;)

£arning habits are good. $pending habits are bad.

True Pepsi isn't my first choice but it was cheap as it was on offer at work and I hoped that not having Coke in the house would encourage me not to drink it quite so quickly.

I've set that number as a target because I still feel a bit too blobby and lacking in tone at the size/number I am, once I reach a point I stop feeling blobby or have rediscovered the muscles in my arms I'll be content (if not happy since I am female and we are almost never happy). The number my scales tell me I'm at now I have cheek bones but my face still looks fairly rounded which works for me, if that starts to change then I'll up the chocolate and junk food intake until it gets back to how I'm happy.

Earning habits are ones I need to get back in to, last few months I've let myself slack off with one thing or another, now I have to get all the old habits back in force.

First target is enough love2shop vouchers to buy a decent size TV as the one I'm collecting from my parents at the weekend is a 19" one and will look teeny in the corner of my living room.

Is that what you like - the colas? Or is it just anything wet and caffeinated?

Or you could just up your intake of lettuce leaves...

Good luck with that. You sound like you've turned a corner with it and are being much more focussed.
