OU assignment submitted and I'm considerably happier with my attempts at this one than the previous one!
Several mystery shops done and in the process of being written up.
And Mr SA is home.....this does not make me happy. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Hey Sweetie.
Glad Mr SA is home safe and sound, and so sorry that him being there isn't what you need it to be. *big hugs*
Here when you need.

Honestly I was hoping that I'd remember why I live with him and all the good stuff, instead I walked in and feel absolutely nothing, except annoyance that his kit smells bad, he's sat on what's become 'my' bit of the sofa, and that he keeps trying to hug and kiss me!
Not entirely sure what comes next, can't afford to keep the house on my own, and I def can't ask him to leave and keep paying, and there's far too long left on the lease to live together as housemates! It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Can I just have more beer? I've run out of my spiked icedtea and the pop corn is making my mouth dry.
Think tonight I'll be taking the bed in the spare room for a roadtest, since I've not slept in it yet.
Think I might have a walk to the local branch of my l.a tomorrow to ask them some hypothetical questions about the feasibility of keeping the house and getting a lodger in or chances of registering myself to look for somewhere cheaper and not needing to redo the credit checks since I know I won't pass on my own (low income which they're already aware of) so don't see the point in wasting money doing them when I can just provide a guarantor.
I have checked for the LHA rates in my local area, if I can find somewhere fairly cheap I qualify for the top rate for a 1 bedroom place which would mean I'm not paying out much more than I already do for this place, but if I can keep this place even with the LHA I qualify for I'd have around £80 left for myself which when I pay out £100 in phone bill, current debt repayment and car insurance leaves me in a very unhappy place financially. That said I've not taken in to account that the CT would be discounted and haven't been able to log in to the utility accounts to check what the bills have actually been while I've been here alone for the last few months. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Sigh it sucks to be popular.....more overtime booked for tomorrow, rather liking the idea of not being home though for some strange reason! It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Thanks, am weirdly back home and ironing.....am sure there are more practical things I could be doing but for some reason the most important thing seems to be ironing and putting away the washing (with another load in the machine). It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Right this is going to turn in to a list of things i need to do.
Do a proper SOA - been a very long time since I bothered and it's not essential.
Go visit the council offices to work out what I can claim/should claim.
Get in touch with the letting agents to let them know hes gone and if i can take him off the lease.
Change all the dd's from the joint account on to my own and panic at just how much it costs to run the house on my own!
Call my parents and let them know since one is going to need to be a guarantor for me if i can keep this house or need to move elsewhere and am probably going to need bank of mum or bank of dad to help me out financially at some point too. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
