Maybe you need to stop doing so much for your flat-mate as well, it sounds like it's very one sided in terms of cooking, cleaning, driving. Actually, does she offer anything towards your petrol and running costs? If not, maybe it's time she got the bus more and surely it's her problem if she's stuck. What would she do if your car broke down or you weren't able to tidy up, cook & clean? She sounds like she needs to join the real world.
Maybe a word to the LL about the tenancy would give you more of an idea of where things might stand should you or her leave. I would think that as long as he's getting the rent, he won't be overly bothered who is living there.0 -

I know it's too late but in hindsight this was a very early warning.
5/7 nights a week sounds pretty full time to me for your BF to stay.
Not sure how stamping on your pen equates to stabbing you in bed but if in fear for your life, I suggest you get out as soon as possible. The rent that you will have to pay for the balance of your tenancy will be a small price to pay for peace of mind.
I would be inclined not to rush in to sharing with your BF.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

If you think she is going to murder you in your bed,
why on earth are you still there?
why are you running around after her like she's your girlfriend/wife?
why are you paying her bills for her?
why are you screaming abuse at people online rather than dealing with your problems?
why are you supporting your BF when you could be getting out of there with that money?
why have you not called the police/mental health services about this?I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll

you sound like a load of drama queens who cannot hold civil conversation and are better off living apart.
You moved in as 2 people and now you have moved the goalposts. Not fair.
Does your LL know your b/f is around so much? Has he been credit referenced and added to the tenancy?Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0 -
Well I have a basic bank account and I've got DDs coming from that account so saying that she can't is complete rubbish - and you still need to have id to open one so that again is complete rubbish.2014 Target;
