Good news if you have a Vodafone samsung h1 360
Options
I'm here just to pass on some info to those others who are in the unfortunate possession of a Samsung H1 or M1 on the vodaphone 360.
Here goes......If you have one of these phones either on payg or contract then Vodaphone want these phones back because they are switching off the 360 service. If you’re on payg, they will swap it for a Samsung galaxy y and if you’re on contract then they will swap it for an IPhone 3gs.
My story goes......
Sounds quite unbelievable but I was one of these victims about 18 to 24 months ago with the Vodaphone big push of the next big thing H1 360 service. Although the phone was pretty good for about 6 months, this service never took off and my apps, internet and service were poor etc...Etc....
I did complain on a few occasions over the last year and eventually when they said they were switching off the 360 at the end of the year I complained nearly every week. My phone wasn't always receiving calls or messages and the internet was stalling and the phone wouldn’t recognise when being charged and when you took the charger out it would say it was charging, the list goes on.
Over a few day period this month, I was first told I could upgrade online but I had to pay for a phone and up my tariff. Then I had a phone call from sales who said because I had one of these phones, they would cancel the rest of my contract of 6 months and start a new 24 month one with a Samsung galaxy ace.
Then the overseas customer services said they would swap my phone for an htc wildfire, but I was also told to contact Vodaphone buyback on 54321 who told me my h1 had no value and this is when I found out about taking my phone into the Vodaphone shop for a swap for the iPhone.
At the time about 2 weeks ago, not all staff knew about this. Eventually I was asked to bring it in when they knew the swap process and here I am with an iPhone 3gs and I haven't had to sign a new contract and can upgrade in March.
So if anyone others have put up with this phone then just pop it into your local Vodaphone. If I haven’t explained properly then just ask any questions.

18 to 24 months for a phone life is normal I don't really see how you can claim to be a "victim" of a service that's ran for the phones life as advertised. Post 360 closure the phone will still call, text and surf the web without the 360 service you just lose some apps. If the phone will do nothing hen I could see a cancelling of contract but it does.
It sounds like you had a faulty phone and you had enough calls logged for them to fix it nothing more than that
Its good you got your swap but most people will not have the record of fault calls to back them up.0
