3 phone contracts

has anyone heard about the contract changes that 3 have applied without telling their customers.phones 4 u have stopped dealing with 3 and are going or are in court.the changes i was told by 3 on my mobile yesterday were implemented nov.2006.if you have a contract your possibly stuffed on certain criteria, ring 3 and check.not nice 3 not nice.can anyone help with info.

It might help if you give us an idea of what the changes are.

I.E. If call charges have increased in outer mongolia I doubt most customers would be bothered, but if monthly charges or call /text charges have increased then it would be useful info.

If you want to change tariff with 3 they are now going to charge £25. Also when contract first taken out last year, after 6 months you could downgrade. So i went to downgrade and they told me that after November 2006 i have to wait 9 months to downgrade. As i took the contract out in August 2006 i find this slightly annoying as it is going to cost me money. 3 do not want to know. Is there any more information that you flippantly want from me about mongolia.

That is pretty poor, AFAIK I don't think any other network charges for changing price plans.

£25 is steep to, they will have a lot of unhappy customers if this is true. Especially if they don't know until they ask to change price plans.
