Gamestation sold me a copy of Saints Row as new. It wasn't sealed but I was assured it was a new copy. However, the online code had already been used so it was obviously a second hand copy. Will be going into complain tomorrow
yes, complain because they are not allowed to do that. They cannot sell something "new" when it clearly isn't.0 -

of course they can't sell something as new if they know it's used, but as I was pointing out if something new has been returned it can still be sold as new, it's just hard for the staff to tell the difference sometimes.0
