Mifi dongle-Skype usage

I use Skype on pc and use video calling which i use on my home connection however if i go outside i would like to use my dongle to connect and use the webcam via Skype , i wonder if anyone knows roughly how much is it going to take out of my allowance if for example i use Skype for 15 minutes say to talk to someone abroad

i have 1gb allowance each month but hardly use any to be honest but tied in for a contract to use at the moment

Stick something like Netmeter on your PC and measure it.

Voice doesn't use a lot but video can. You may find the video quality using 3G is poor unless you have a good connection.
