How can you check how long your virgin media contract is? + other questions
Dunno how long mine is for, is it possible to check it online or do I have to phone customer service?
Basically my situation is that I've always been extremely happy with my deal - a BlackBerry, £10 a month for 250 texts and 30 minutes. However I was recently hit with a £35 bill and a £20 bill purely from going over the text limit
so I'd like to change. I've had the contract for about 14 months
Sadly when I go to my account and click on change tariff, it says "No migratable tariffs available".. looks like the only option is to stop texting so much, right?

Pretty certain my friend telephoned and was allowed to upgrade. Definitely worth a phone call.

You don't want to migrate, you simply want a text bundle - which was nothing to do with your contract duration. They're always happy to sell you additional services!0
