hope your all having a good xmas,i bought an iphone 4s from vodafone and the deal was for 2 years and you had to pay £59 up front which would be given back to you in the form of a credit on your first bill date which was to be nov.no credit appeared and many phone calls emails and assurances later no such credit has appeared including my latest bill which is due in 2 days.the vodafone forum has been buzzing whith all this for some time now.i have cancelled my direct debit in the hope that this will stir vodafone up enough to get that credit back. did i do the right thing? all comments and advice welcome.

No sorry but you have done the wrong thing cancelling your DD you will now get billed for not having funds in your account also it will go on your credit record as missed paid
I'm not sure what you should do apart from keep ringing and emailing them and complain but stopping your dd was not a bright idea.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.0
