Does anyone sell childrens clothes on ebay? I have so many items of clothing my daughter has outgrown or never got the chance to wear and its all in brilliant condition, but i don't want to go through a tonne of effort putting it all up and putting up descriptions to make a couple of quid, just wondering how well it all sells? found lots of books (some rather old and might fetch a bit!) to put on there, but anyone got any advice on the clothing?
just wrote the longest review i've done so far on a childrens dvd....my fingers hurt!! xx
Goals: Save £500 for emergencies, Save £200 of Amazon vouchers for Xmas, fix my holey clothes!

Right, I've tried to catch up... but it's hard with so many people posting!! ANOTHER REMINDER FOR S&S!
Elysia - Only the nicest man for me
Savvy - I hope you are feeling better soon and the assignment doesn't take it out of you too much
For the people starting out on chow, I think the best advice is to look through other reviews about the same kind of thing in that catagory to see what they contain and what people are really looking for.
I'm getting so peeved with people not returning rates! Of course not all rates are going to get returned but my stats are stupid, 8000 odd given and 4000 received. Wont be doing it much longer! Michelle, I agree about DY, I'm leaving a few days between revies now to get a decent amount of rates, it's getting silly!Making money for christmas 2012:santa2:0 -

Double incentives for positive ratings and first reviews!
Dear Ciao Users,
We are delighted to announce that during January the incentives regarding positive will be doubled. In other words, for each positive rating we will double the amount of money you would normally get. Therefore, depending on the remuneration level (indicated by the number of £ signs next to the product name) you would be rewarded with: 1 pence (£), 2 pence (££) and 4 pence (£££) accordingly.
Moreover, the first review written on a product shall receive double incentives as well, which means that positive ratings on first reviews will be granted with four times the normal amount of cash (i.e. 2 pence (£),4pence (££) and 8 pence (£££)!
Enjoy the reading and of course rate as much as you can. Your Ciao Team

Hollie - my sister sells her girls clothes in bundles.
Group all the Next in one age together, and group all the Marks together etc, and photograph and list them as a lot. She get's better returns than selling one item at a time.
Cornish - it's always the same in January - lots of the newer members don't realise they have to rate back. Give it a couple of weeks, and people will give up (hopefully not our lot though)

Thanks I hadn't spotted that yet. Some mileage then for me keep going with books and some toys. We seem to have some no-one has reviewed. I'm not going to go too mad though, as I wrote loads of first reviews last time, and presumably any rates there count too.
I added up all of my items in Decembers accounts, and it added up to the total including the £40 extra this morning, so looks like some error adding it up last month, and that is what it is. I made £195 on c last month. Only cashed out £151 though. Wish I had known there would be more to come.0
