OOH Bargain paper Emma. Well done on the bargain toaster and kettle too. You must review them before the end of the promo on Ciao. You'll have to hurry though. ;)

If anyone has a Card Factory shop near them - my Mum just told me, they have 10 rolls of wrap for £1. 10p each - I don't think you can beat that, but it's not very thick. It's ok if you're doing the wrapping just before you give them though.

Chel - take it down, but make sure you leave something up until the 6th. It's bad luck otherwise. I've started taking some of mine down today.

I like that sewing box. I love Cath Kidston stuff. :) It's so pretty.

I know what you mean about the kids getting all the stuff out. Plan for tomorrow is, me and DD are going to have to sort out her room, and find homes for things. The trouble is, it's her birthday in 3 weeks, and I'll have to go through it all again.

i don't envy you having to do it all again in 3 weeks

i've wanted a sewing box for ages but they seem quite expensive

although hubby bought me the little one in boots for christmas
which is lovely but too small , so now i'll have 2 lol

  • We are only a couple of days past christmas and look how long this thread is already :rotfl:I know I'm never going to be able to keep up with everyone!

Hello to all the new newbies xx

I've got to find a new home for all DDs new stuff too, I took the tree down tonight so hoover up tomorrow and all systems go, going to be ruthless with her old toys now cos she's still playing with some of her baby toys! I kept the tinsel around my photo frames just for luck ;)

Well done for treating yourself Chel, those crackers sound ace!
Have a nice time Michelle, be good to have a break after the long December slog on chow!

I've not been doing much moneymaking, just rating on the review sites mainly. I vow to do surveys as soon as I get them now, went through about 50 email invites and most of them were closed.

Elysia, I was going to get those 10 rolls for £1, but holding them was a task in itself, I was in the huge queue and mine and the eldery ladys stash of rolls behind me kept falling out of our arms going everywhere, so I ditched them and got the 'luxury' paper instead :rotfl:

OOH great tip Samba - I've got loads of those multi packs. I'm on about 90 points too, so not long to be able to redeem. :D Thanks hun x

Cornish - LOL. What are you like? ;) I've seen you on Chow - come on Mrs, we need new reviews to rate. I challenge you to do 2 a day until the end of the month. :D
