Keep going over call allowance grrrrr

My son keeps going over his inclusive minutes.....is there any way on orange with a blackberry that I can barr any calls after the limit is reached >

    No. Not with orange. A prepay SIM self limits use. Giffgaff offers similar minutes to the orange contract plans for about the same price. So see if you can cancel the contract and switch to prepay.

    There's still 4 months left on the contract, I guess ill just have to ride it out until then :-(

    No, but perhaps it may work out cheaper to increase the inclusive minutes bundle.

    4 months is not too bad. Check the allowance daily and confiscate phone if it appears the limit will be exceeded.

    If it your contract and not your sons then
    You could login to Orange account and check there

    That's what i do about every other day.

    Yeah i do that too. Trouble is, it doesnt update right away :-(

    Make sure he pays for it. My son never goes over since I charged him when he went over.
  • my son keeps going over his limit too, but i havent been able to check online for around three months now. apparently orange are having technical difficulties. very frustrating! id love to get out of my contract with them but theres another 14 months left yet, sadly.

    Clear the cache and try again, if that fails, try another browser.
