If its not changing you'd have to ask what they mean by:

Visa International today announced plans to refresh and evolve its brand identity and structure. The changes include a new look for the famous blue, white and gold Visa logo

I think you will find that they have not "always had it like that"

You wouldn't be saying that if you worked for the marketing agency that no doubt got paid millions for it.
Matched betting profit: ~ £30,000 since Jan 2005
Quidco cashback: ~ £3,500 since May 2005
Topcashback: ~ £2,100 since Oct 2005
Rpoints: ~ £600 since June 2004

It's only fraud if you get caught.

I don't offer advice by PM so please post your questions in the appropriate thread.

It might be expensive but I'm not so sure it is pointless. Mastercard have definitely pushed the customer awareness side of credit cards, what is the Visa equivalent of "For everything else there's..."? I agree it is stupid but if we as consumers are so vapid that we buy using a particular card because it is pretty then why shouldn't card issuers push this fact? It does say the hologram will be moved to the mag strip which will give the 'designer' cards more real estate to play with as well as making cloning more difficult.

Completely agree - they have got to market or die ! "Whats is your wallet ?" to quote another annoying example ! ("Cash" is my answer !)

As an MBA graduate I still find these brand makeovers often nauseating - I mean ""We are introducing a new brand identity and architecture in a cost effective way that will provide more flexibility and value to our members and partners. It will allow for much greater innovation and support our growing number of products and services in the fast growing electronic payments industry." - so changing the logo is going to provide "innovation" ? Get away - leave innovation to the James Dysons of this world and keep on marketing your brand - that is important.
