That's why I decided to spend my money in the online Bodyshop sale.0 -

Not your side of the water Caz but definitely not as much stock as previous years anywhere I've looked. One store I visited today usually has a couple of Sale shelves near the entrance with the rest upstairs, this year nothing at all downstairs it's all their normal half price offers like toothpaste and baby stuff.
A nice SA did let on starting today (have noted past my bedtime) and said that she thought that not as much stock had been ordered in the first place. And that it had been selling well at 50%. So looks like why not online just not the quantities left this year. I expect someone got their maths nearly right for a change.
I swear it wasn't meanteater99 wrote: »Doesn't look llike its happening online. Normally they have the tango couple holding page up by now.
Awwwww I remember watching their pretty faces for hour upon hour 2 years ago. I vowed then, never to do an online sale again especially after my mum arrived down, laden with goodies and the only bags I had were under my eyes.0 -
Jeepers, Bluewater would eat up most of the stores over here in NI. Unless I'm going mad though, there doesn't seem to be anywhere near as much stock over here at sale time. If there's anyone from Belfast/North Down on here would they be so kind as to tell me what previous sales have been like and which stores (preferably Bangor/Ards and East Belfast but not City stores) are the best bet?
Many thanks as I'm a Boots sale virgin (I gave up at 7am 2 years ago waiting for the sale to come online).
Fellow ni mser here. I have been to connswater and there has been nothing for weeks, forestside had half an aisle and donegal place had their seasonal section sparsely full. I am not sure about bloomfields but newtownards and bangor centre normally have decent stock levels“A house is made of walls and beams;a home is built with love and dreams.”2012 Challenge to buy most gifts and non essentials from money made online.:money:0 -

First year not doing the boots sale. Boots lost my custom after repeated online debacles!0

Can't believe the sale is not online this year
In previous years I've done the bulk of my xmas shopping from their online 75% sale. Gutted, but as I'm wheelchair bound, there's no way I'd attempt going into store.
Good luck to anyone brave enough to attempt it...0
