Can anyone remember if they open early on sale days. Mine opens at 8.30 but I'm positive I got there at 08.10 last year and people were leaving already with full bags.

Mine opened 1/2 hour later than normal last year. There were some irate looking people outside!!!

Hey anyone know when Leeds city centre opens? As excited as I am (never done the boots sale befOre!) I'm really frightened as I hate pushing and shoving! However boots have kindly put another £12 of points on my card as I made a complaint due to my order turning up opened and on the doorstep with no knock on the door, so I suppose it's the sensible thing to spend them haha!

Does anyone know what stock is like in Swindon town centre? Or greenbridge retail park? Thanks

In town the toys are looking pretty low, but lots of beauty stuff left - same story at Greenbridge, but more room to manoeuvre at Greenbridge!

Last year it was exactly 2 weeks after start of 75% sale, certainly wouldn't hang on waiting for anything BUT I did get a few good bits in it!! ;)

    :T

RIght, that's me sorted then. Will wander in at 9-9.30am tomorrow when the scrum's died down, pick up some bits I don't really need, then wait 2 more weeks to get lots more stuff I don't need, but can't turn down for pence :D

Hey, do you think they took the 50% sale offline to stop people filling their baskets for tomorrow, like's been done previously? Just a thought......

I think it that was the reason, they would have took the sale off closer to the 75% off date so they could still sell the 50% off stock.

  • Don't no for sure hun, just what i gathered from an earlier post....(was it u said said loads of stock had disapeard?) r u going to M St? or T C? x

    Could do both . . . TC opens later:rotfl:

There was SO much stock in Market St on Sunday but another post said a lot had gone. No way they could have sold all that in 2 days. Maybe they have taken it off the floor and will fill up again?

Be careful of using your own bag. Your can be accuse of stealing

Not in Wales you won't as shops are no long allowed to provide you with carrier bags you have to bag 5p regardless of size (yes this includes my chinese take away and the paper bag for mc donalds!)
