I asked in branch and was told they could not help me.
Perhaps it is internet banking registration only?0 -
They can set it up in branch. They did it for me when I opened my savings account for it to go into. I've amassed nearly £20 in the space of 6 weeks which is pretty good going
Think the branch may have been fobbing you off as it probably is easier for the customer to set it up online (just takes 2 clicks I think) than the branch to do it0
