iphone 4s or Samsung galaxy s3 when it`s launched

I have a decision to make around march time when my contract runs out. Do i go for the iphone 4s which i must say looks amazing, my friend has one. Or do i get the new samsung galaxy s3 when it`s launched? I currently have an android phone and really like the os, but everyone raves about the iphone being better. So what do you all think Android or iphone which operating system is best?
We all know how good the galaxy s2 is and the s3 is rumuored to be alot better 16 mega pixal camera and 2gig quad core processor 32gb memory etc.

Havent you answered your own question. (We all know how good the galaxy s2 is). The S2 is better than the 4s and I cant see the S3 taking a step backwards.

IOS4 getting a bit old and possible IOS5 phone mid 2012 .
That would be a big decision maker .

i dont know about everyone saying its better just the iphone fans-its up to you wot you like really i dont think theres a definite date for the s3 yet but would prob be better off waiting for it

I think iOS is a far nicer OS than Android so I'd say get the 4S.

How can you compare a phone thats been out for 3 months, with one thats not even been seen in real life yet.

By the time the s3 is launched, the iphone 5 will be just around the corner, and that would be a better comparison to make.

It is difficult to compare different model released at different times. You can also try to compare mobile phones side by side to help your decision.
