    Note from 2011, in case someone else finds this thread (as I did) via Google.

    The online replacement from FENSA can be ordered only if you use Internet Explorer. I use Firefox and couldn't understand why the button didn't work. Memory of another occasion arose, when the website designers hadn't checked for compliance of non-IE browsers (wrist-slap time) and I tried IE. It worked.

    EDIT a few hours later. I have also discovered that you can get the certificate number for Fensa compliance by clicking further into the order form (but not to point where you have to give them money). I was also able to get the certificate number from CORGI for the boiler. This is not the same as providing the certificates, but might help.

    Cost £12 online for next day dispatch. Only alternative is a letter and a cheque (no phone ordering) and it takes 10 days.
