Thought for a moment that some posts had been pulled but there are two threads running - the other apparently started by Excel's Horse-of-the-Year Simon Renshaw-Smith. It could be him who pm'd notts_phil I think, obviously rattled going by his replies on his thread.

Simon, if you will be so sad as to start threads about posters here and pm them as well then you can expect that we might post something about you in return.

It was nothing that is not in the public domain, much can be read about you and yours, and your ill-gotten-horses with a quick Google of obvious keywords like 'horse Renshaw-Smith'. Your choice to be in the public eye, matey... :)

And here's a case you lost as the judge saw right through you:

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-542355/Judge-quashes-300-parking-fine--set-frighten-intimidate-driver.html

And oooh, nearly forgot a high profile case you lost this year in spite of your 'club' the BPA inexplicably(!) backing your signage:

    http://menmedia.co.uk/manchestereveningnews/news/s/1458879_motorist-wins-18-month-ticket-battle-after-judge-agrees-stockport-parking-signs-were-too-small

    'Excel', you certainly don't...:p

New Year = I predict new problems for the so-called 'private parking industry'. Perky, Hasbeen and Horsey - what goes around, comes around. You cannot just continue to accumulate riches off the back of poor ordinary drivers - many on low wages as they have proper jobs - forever.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Oh dear, stones and glasshouses from the Daily Mail article

"She was sued by Excel Parking Services, which is run by a man once acquitted of demanding money with menaces from the owners of clamped cars and who is allowed electronic access to the Government's database of 38million motorists ? despite being temporarily barred last year following scores of complaints about its behaviour."

Is this man a fit and proper person to have access to the DVLA database?
Could the reason he likes horses be he may be related to !!!!!! Turpin?

No and thats exactly the reason why he'll be given access - because he's a thug who makes money and pays tax. The government don't really give a damn about anyone but themselves and their pals in the opposition party. They're all in on it and any thug who can make them money gets rights.

Plus he and his sort can become a scapegoat when the governments complicity becomes too apparent, and they can clamp down on them secure in the knowledge they have (the elitist imbeciles and greedy troughers in Westminster) screwed us all over
