Yet even if someone who has a blue badge produces the badge on appeal, its not accepted, so the protection of bays flies out of the window!
If he takes a "disabled person" to court and wins he then takes great pleasure in popping up here or on other websites claiming a great victory.
However he is not too keen to post when he gets spanked. He has popped up here and other sites under several names, sometimes strangely for some reason under a female name!:p

One of his greatest posts is when he posted this up on CAG as claims of victories in court!

I parked in a disabled bay without a BB, was discriminated against, as the paking guy KNEW I am disabled, they backed down when the implications of the Equalities Act were pointed out to his employers.

Unfortunately for me UKPS are not the parking enforcers,on this site, had they been so and, they had followed their usual MO and persisted with their invoices Mr Haswell wiould have been defending a Disability Discrimination claim in court, with his invoices as prima facie evidence of their breach of the Equalities Act 2010.

Someone IS at some stage going to challenge under this Act so you are on borrowed time Peter

Oh dear, he seems to be in that class of people who think that an disclaimers, such as some companies insist on putting at the end of emails (often running to several paragraphs) have some sort of legal significance. Sorry, but they don't.
