No, not at all.
In the first part I was pre-empting a possible ruse and pointing out that it would not work.
In the second part. There's nothing to say you cant sell products you have brought from abroad except from the prohibited and restricted items.
Even a sold trader can act for 3 months before registering and any profit can be declared at year end.0 -
If you were claiming JSA and say had to go abroad to say Asia. YOu would stop the JSA claim.
But when you come back you can opt for the fast track restart to start claiming again. They ask you where you went when you went and when you came back.
But are you LEGALLY entitled to give them this information? Do you LEGALLY have to provide them with passport and proof of where you went?
I experienced this recently, and I fail to see the problem.
I simply told them where I had been and said that I was exploring a possible job there. I was not asked to show any documents, nor to prove anything. All the questions I was asked were needed in order to establish exactly which days I had been in the country, so that they could pay me every penny to which I was entitled.0 -
OP, why are you wanting to be mysterious about where you are going? unless its a training camp you are going to i cant see a problem with telling the relevant people where youve been.Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0
