Uploading own design - Vistaprint - help!!

Hi all,
I'm trying to order some postcards from Vistaprint for my dept at school.
I've designed it in publisher, saved it as a PDF file, but everytime I try to upload it i get the message:
"The image you are uploading has a different resolution than the recommended resolution of 300 pixels per inch. We will stretch or shrink your design to fit, however the printing may not be as sharp as expected"
How can I get it the right size? OOOh it's doing my head in!!:mad:
Any help would be gratefully appreciated!!:D
