Has anyone got an American Express card through Quidco? I applied for the American Express Nectar card and it has not shown up in Quidco. This was over a week ago. Normally when you buy something it shows as tracked the next day.

I have taken out car insurance online through quidco with Screentrade, I first cleared my cookies (using ccleaner) I logged in to quidco and went through the site to get to the screentrade site. I put in all my details and bought my insurance careful not to use the back button in case it upset the transaction. The whole process took about 20 minutes to input all my details. The insurance was a bit more than my renewal quote with last years company, but I figured with the cashback and less of an excess on my policy I was buying the right cover for my needs and the cashback equalled it out quite nicely. After I had paid for my insurance I went back to the open quidco page to see if it tracked that quickly, when I clicked on the my earnings tab it said....you need to be logged in to do that. Now I am doubting that my cashback will have tracked. If it doesnt track I would have been better off not changing insurance companies. Has anyone had any similar problems with quidco logging them out partway through a transaction? Does anyone have any advice?

Sorry to be so thick, but could some kind person tell me WHEN I can clear my cookies after using Quidco... At the moment it says it has tracked (its the Prudential car Insurance) so am I safe to clean my cookies now?:o

Worried now........ I clear my cookies regularly and use quidco regularly too but have never matched the two.
I assume from the above that clearing cookies leaves a transaction untracable?
I purchased insurance via Lloyds TSB 2 weeks ago and nothing tracked as yet...... cookies deleted since then..... am i in schtuck?
I save so I can spend.

yes you're safe to clear your cookies. Always clear them before you sign in to quidco and again before each transaction

put in a missing transactions enquiry with quidco. It will display the date and time you clicked through to the merchant when you go through this process.
