What is the worst car you ever owned, and why?

Your uncles car would have been a rarity then. But as usual you are missing the point. Back then if you had been in any Ford, Vauxhall, Datsun, Renault etc etc you would have stuck to the seats in any of them in summer
No I'm not missing any points. My Dad's Viva was rubbish (sorry Pops but it was), my Nova had issues also and the Astra had major issues. Those are more than enough reasons for me to never ever consider a Vauxhall again.
I think that you chatting to me is the triumph of hope over experience. Each time, you post something thinking you'll change my mind and each time you fail epically.
Don't know why you bother. I wouldn't.
Is it because you're Brian's friend?
Don't grow up. Its a trap!

I had a Morris Ital once. Drove it for 2 years. Couldn't drive it over 60mph as the vibrations scared me. As it happens it only broke down once when the front offside wheel bearings collapsed. Scrapped it when it began working on 3 cylinders only and as I was unemployed & broke and couldn't afford to fix it let alone keep it on the road, got £40 for it. It was beige with a tan coloured roof.0

You commented about seats and so did I. It seems your dad doesn't have the same view about his Viva as you. I would suspect as the owner and driver he would be better placed to comment on it than relying on the views of someone who was a spotty faced yoof at the time and can only remember sticking to the plastic seats, which were a feature of most cars at the time.Honeydog wrote:I think that you chatting to me is the triumph of hope over experience. Don't flatter yourself that I am posting to try and change your mind, I am just doing so to show that some of your comments are not very well thought out.Honeydog wrote:Don't know why you bother. I wouldn't.

Yet you continue to carry on in your attacks on Brian, which is leading to the moderation of a number of your posts. You just don't get it that your behaviour is that of a 6 year old in the school playground, not that of a man in his 40's who should have reached maturity some years ago.
We got the message ages ago that you don't like Vauxhalls.
And before you say it, I am not a personal friend of Brian and I have never met him."You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"

It is a pity you aren't his friend. He needs friends - he's only got 28 on Facebook and half of them are family!
My comments are my opinions which I'm entitled to - you could always bypass them on your way to more 'suitable' reading matter. But you carry on if it makes you happy.
6 year old in the playground???? OMG! But, but HE STARTED IT!!!! Waaah waaah waaah!
Thanks for the lovely long reply.Don't grow up. Its a trap!

If you concentrate, you could try to get the two sentences in the same post.
It's not like we're asking you to do joined up writing here or anything complicated.0
