Sainsburys car insurance

My renewal is due soon. Been looking about and sainsburys car insurance is substantialy cheaper than my current provider. Are they a good insurer?

I have made changes though and they've explained the charges, the documents are always received quickly and way before the timescales they set and I don't have to wait very long to speak to them... oh and it's an 0800 number anyway that always connects me to someone in the UK?

I'm pretty happy with Aviva so far
