    ECU removed? for what?

The Honda ECU (and most other cars these days) is tied to many of the subsystems, you can't change over an ECU from another car because the serial numbers of the sub parts will be different, if that's what you've done?

Forget about charging it (for now), put a known good battery on the car, a donor battery from another car, or use good jump start leads and the donor car engine running at 1500 rpm.

Why did you remove the ECU, I've never ever had to do that.

    I have.

On some cars the ECU may be in the way of something else. I've had to remove and disconnect my cars ECU just to change the auxillary belt. Not something you'd expect to be doing on a younger car though.
