Best bargain Payg phone deals

Hi guys
after a new Pay as you go smartphone for texting ,email,internet usual stuff, on a budget of as much under £100 as possible, the closer to £50 the better
ones I am considering so far are

Samsung europa
samsung galaxy mini
Samsung toco
Orange san francisco (bit more than I want to spend but going on reviews)

Any ideas people on other ones or the above

T-mobile Vivacity for £109.99 + TCB £40.40, 6 months free internet, £20 free apps. Potentially £69.59!!!

AFAIK it's OSF(2?) in an a la iPnone body.

Right had a look today at quite a few, budget is around £100 was seriously considering the vicacity/san fran, until I saw the battery life which looks shocking considering the galaxy ace mini is twice the talk time (and when using my dads it seems to last no time at all as it is so something half that seems a bit crap)

is there any others worthy of consideration around this price range ? the galaxy mini is probs fave at mo due to the vicacity/san fran battery issues
