If you look at the other sellers selling these headphones new, you can get them for £12.99 (incl postage) for about 3 different sellers !!!!

I'd personally be careful with Amazon marketplace CX-300's. There are a lot of fakes around. At least by buying direct from Amazon you're assured of getting genuine Sennheisers. I know you're paying a little more but I think it's worth it.
Ye'!, And!!?. How am I supposed to know?

Yea, I didn't even think that people would bother faking mid-range headphones but was surprised to find out that there were a lot of fakes around after researching about them on message boards etc before purchasing. They are great headphones though and definitely at this price considering you can be sure they are real.

I have a £30 voucher for amazon so which are the rolls royce of headphones for my ipod, dont mind adding a few £ to get a decent set.

But dont want a set that one lead is longer then the other...whats all that about???

    Cheers,

    Pete.
    I'll get me coat!
  • I think the Creative EP-630 earphones are very good. They look to be very similar to the Sennheiser CX300 model.

    Creative ones:

    Frequency Response: 6Hz ~ 23kHz
    Impedance: 16ohms
    Sensitivity: 106dB
    2 years warranty

    Sennheiser:

    Response Bandwidth: 18 - 21000 Hz
    Impedance: 16 Ohm
    Sensitivity: 112 dB
    2 years warranty

Do these keep the sound in as my Ipod headphones even on low volume people can hear them blasting away...and the bass is not great on my Ipod earphones either.

It's so that you can loop the longer lead around the back of your neck, and the wire then comes down from one side, rather than the centre.

You can always loop it around the front if you prefer...

these headphones are brilliant - i bought mine 6 months ago from amazon for over £20. Sound quality is great and cuts out all the outside noise.
Not buying clothes for a year - it's liberating!
  • Now just to be clear, are these noise cancelling ones? TBH, I prefer my over the ear ones any day - more comfortable and more effective, although I guess some people wouldn't like the styling of them.... ;)

I guess the bose ones wouldn't count as moneysaving?! :p I love my technics ones though, and they were only £20! Creative also do a good pair, for not much more than that :)

    HTH!
