Are there any contracts with LG U400 included?

I really love the look of this phone (LG U400!) and was wondering if there was any offers on '3' or similar out there!?!?
I know there is the £15 500xnet mins offer by '3' but I needed around 700 mins and can pay upto £20 per month.
I would have loved it if this deal was on the £17.50 18 month contract with 750mins & 150 texts. Any chance of calling '3' and trying to haggle them for it?

I DID!
Last week I received the LG890 pink phone on a £17.50 a month for 18 months contract and was extremely unhappy with it, it got so hot I couldn't use it for more than 10 minutes at a time and the battery went within a day. After about 15 minutes of complaining they offered to change the phone but unfortunately there were no more in stock so I was offered the LG U400 instead. Nice phone.0
