Even after going to the tip this morning, my spare room still looks like a bombsite
I dare not look under my bed, I have a real problem with stuff that lurks under the bed! It always unsettles me if its a mess, then I cant get to sleep at night imagining all the mess underneath, so I just never look!
I gave OH three responsibilities for the house..
1take out the peelings to the compost bin (I hate fruitflies and worms)
2hover the stairs (I cant hold the hoover, its too heavy to lift)
3keep under the beds tidy
Maybe I should give him a little star chart to encourage him!
While tidying the garage today I couldnt help myself 'displaying' my branston beans, campbells soups and ocean spary cranberry (which is also in date order so longest dates are at the back).....the rest of my house looks like a bombsite though:o.0 -

Talking of having foreign students to stay, i can remember my mum having a nightmare French student to stay.
He tried to put our cat in the washing machine, told us the chocolate mousse we were eating was dog s**t and when my mum was cutting the grass he was chucking snails in front of the lawn mower.:eek::eek:

I checked, checked and checked again but only at the DVD end of the cable - it had come loose at the TV end of course.
Many thanks for your help - I was 5 minutes away from throwing it out the window in frustration!
No problem!
It's the kinda daft thing I do, then get really angry when I can't work out why it isn't working! :rotfl::rotfl:...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
