    yes its the how cool is this stuff, most have been reduced to £1 including the telescopes that only 2 days ago were marked up as £50.
    also someone posted about guitars and keyboards being £1 too but i havent found any.

    They weren't in my extra at 9am today but most of the other how cool stuff was. Had to go tonight at about 8pm to get some normal stuff. Noticed a big gap in the displays with SEL £1 for telescopes. Must have been put out some time today. Pity, would have made a great present for young nephews:( They were marked down from £28 to £15 to £1 in my store.) I asked someone on toys this morning and they said they hadn't had any since they were reduced to £12.50 just before Christmas:mad:

    I worked out today that with all the stuff I have in both freezers, there are at least 45 meals in them :j One turkey would stretch it to 50 if I worked it right. 2 main meals, 2 sandwiches and some for the cat :D

    My cat won't touch any fresh cooked meat whatsoever, but will sit drooling my the kitchen door (He's not allowed in the kitchen) when my lemon drizzle cake is cooking and mithers you until you give him some :D

    I know you have to shoot turkey when turkey hunting but please don't tell me you shot sweet old aunt Bessie for a bag of peas?:eek:

    Just read my type 'went hunting to turkey today' - wish I had been to Turkey instead of all the tesco stores!

  • Hi 11+ers, just doing a late night catch up.

    Not been to Ts today as been cleaning the house after having workmen in all week. Had friends pop over this evening so had plenty of wine, chatting etc. but no bargain hunting. Don't think I will get a chance tomorrow either as DD has a birthday party to go to :-(

    Well done on the shoes HC. As Ts say, every little counts.

    Just off to do some more catching up. If everyone has gone to the land of nod by the time I get back, have a great night and good luck with the bargain/glitch hunting tomorrow.

    mine is so funny, she can smell me getting it out of the oven, whether she is upstairs asleep (yes, she quite literally does "go to bed" in the afternoons :rotfl:), outside up the road. She will come hurtling into the kitchen and sit in front of the freezer, looking up at me with the same eyes as that cat in shrek. Once she has had some, she's quite happy to go back to whatever it was she was doing :)

    she also loves cake, ice cream and chocolate :)

    I taught her well :rotfl::rotfl:
