I can;t believe it, I've caught up :j :j I didn't go to bed till 3 am last night but hadn't caught up by then  mind you Mr 3dogs was up too as he couldn't sleep due to ache in leg :( and we were watching tv - and when he is there I have to actually make some effort to follow what's on telly, rather than half watch when I am on my own ;)

I still haven't been to Mr T's - tomorrow it will be Mr M to use The Sun coupon but may get into Mr T's as well if time to use Sun coupons their too - got friends visiting and one of them is staff member at Tossco as he calls them so hope I do make it as I get his discount too ;) Got my updated list in my little black book

Kadison - Rumple is so cute, I thought she was a kitten but see you've added that she is aged - she's gorgeous

Calmspirit - I know you asked and don't know if you caught up with my post, but Mr 3Dogs is still struggling but my neighbour got back late on Thursday night, though he left dogs alone most of yesterday and today again

Fudge_Cake - well done for getting through the anorexia and telling us about it ((hugs)) and :T :T All these sort of addictions are very similar - drink, drugs, ciggies, food whether it is non-eating or over-eating and mostly have to be treated as mental conditions. I know a couple of people who self-harm and it made me realise how some people 'self-harm' in so many other ways than cutting. Our minds are very powerful things and when you are 'not in control' all you want to do is punish yourself :o:o

As I weigh people in at S/World I am so often amazed at the weight they are - and I don't mean how overweight they are - I mean I see people who look so slim/thin and yet weigh more than I'd expect and I keep saying to Mr 3dogs 'So I can't believe what I was like at 8 1/2 stone". In my late 20's/30's I got down from 13.13 to 9 stone and then, because I have 'hips' I wanted to lose more and got down to 8 1/2 stone. I am 5 ft 4.5 ins by the way. But, since getting the arthritis at age of 35, my weight has steadily increased due to lack of mobility .... and overeating due to depression of course and I was at my heaviest of 19 st 3 years ago. I had got that down to 14 1/2 st but this last year has been so hard that when I weighed in after Christmas I was 16 st 12 lbs. It is so despressing to know that I was that thin then, made all the more astonishing when people weigh in at 10 or 11 stone at my height and look very slim. It is this depression that I fight but since getting back on track this week I am feeling much more confident for the moment now

On that, to keep me on track and knowing that others on hear are slimming at the moment - can I suggest a weekly 'weigh-in' to help us all? No-one has to do it but I will be posting my weight loss or gain :o every Monday night from now on. I will turn 60 in July 2013 and have made it my target to get as much off by then as possible. I am not setting an actual target as such, but just can't see me struggling on much past 60 if I am putting this much strain on my body :o
