I heard a local couple used to womble recyclables into their T recycling point. Before long they had accrued enough CC points for return flights to New York, it was in the local rag.

Before i moved, my old store had the first recycling centre that gave points. I used to take plastic cups from mine and ohs work which mounted into a couple of hunred a day.
Sadly' it got to the point where people used to turn up with itmes cut up to gain more points so store stopped it. I think they give a point per 2 tin cans now but thats it.

We accrued enough for a fully paid family holiday!
