63 Andrex on the go toilet tissues
5 Scotch brite non scratchy sponge thingys
11 packs of Sarah Smith pretty pattern wipes
Total 79p
Even though I was putting these through the self scan knees trembling & looking like a dodgy shoplifter maybe....I did in fact get great pleasure putting £1 into the coin slot and having change too.
I wonder if anyone else suffers from the above symptoms at the self scan????
Hi Woodsncrafts
Congratualations on your haul today
I am still looking for the andrex rolls as have only managed to find one solitary roll so far
What store do you use. I know from recent post that you are also in south wales area but just wondering if you are in my neck if the woods - sw%ns&ea

Hope no-one gets blown away this morning. Just been to see my gramps and part of his fence has come down. Not been to Tesco's today.....not after my girl's full blown tantrum in there yesterday. She wanted toys and mum was not going to let her.
However.....if a glitch popped up I'd be down there faster than a speeding bullet.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
Lily contracted Strep B Meningitis Dec 2006  Now seemingly a normal little monster.
Love to my two angels that I will never forget.0 -
I used to work in the capital and the stores there were always good for
glitches and bargains
Dont work there anymore though and so now have to rely on the local stores round here0 -
Oh dear.... you asked for it..... scanner is out, then have to upload to photobucket, so give me a few mins.....
Nothing overly squeamish I hope?..... perhaps not as bad as my snake pic was to some!
Elsie, how is your georgeous puss getting along? Can we have a picture on this thread pleeaazzzzze xx0 -
To any of you that are thinking of losing a few pounds and also have a smart phone (Android or Iphone or even Ipad) can I suggest you look at this.
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/
It's totally free, nothing to do with me and while you don't need a smartphone it's better with one.
If you have a smartphone you can scan the barcodes of items (or enter them manually) and it'll give you the calorie breakdown. It'll also let you enter item x + item y + item z to give you a meal (which you can save for use again) and the % breakdown of all the calorie/fat and other daily requirements breakdowns.
If you enter your starting weight, target weight and how long you want to do it over it'll give you a daily calorie target, when you enter your meals it'll tell you if you're over or under your daily target and give you a pat on the back when your weeklies are under the targets.
If nothing else it makes you think a bit more about what you're eating and as it takes so little effort it makes losing weight reasonable painless.
You can also enter your daily exercise activity and it factors that in.
There's an online forum as well (I've never used that though).
Hope someone finds this useful and have fun.0
