My street is an avenue of trees, they are twice as tall as the 2 storey properties and then some. :eek::eek::eek: They do look lovely, but when it's like this the road ends up covered in branches and twigs..... but I do feel lucky in the house I have been in for the last 4 years......

I was told last year by a council workman that in the 1987 storm the tree directly in front of mine came down landing partly on my roof, and partly on my neighbours in the middle of the row! :eek::eek::eek: again! I had wondered why there was a large space where a tree should have been! But at least now it means I don't have one in very close proximity, but I think there are at least 4 more trees that could just reach should any ever come down again!

It's awful here - not sure that I want to go out today either . The wind and rain kept us all up last night and today the rain has been running in rivers down the windows at the front of the house :eek:.

As for caffeine - did you manage to get any of the Lucozade shots? One of those would do the job

i've bought both at 1p in cl33thorpes & scu%th%rpe so don't think it is the packaging
