Spent a week in Specialist hosp, then 2 in my local at the time..... This was now 17 years ago and I need to thank the doctor who dicovered I had somehow managed 25 years with a serious heart defect and needed urgent surgery!!!
Now in fine fettel, (although could do with shedding a few pounds, could never put on weight before this op but never knew why!) and have a wonderful DS who is 14..... :j:j:j........

Lala... What's the pm diet?!
Tia
It's the Paul Mckenna diet. You listen to the cd everyday for about 20 minutes and some how it gets in your head;)Eat what you like and stop when you're full. It worked for me before but my no smoking got in the way but now that's under control I'm ready to start again. But I think some of its still stuck in my head because I've given up smoking, had Xmas and not put on a pound:T:TGot mine fom Waterstones for about £10 which is the book and cd.Beware!!!! Sorry but sometimes no. My store still has the Oust Iron thingies at 50p
In my area there are two types of packaging with the same bar code.
One is light blue and scanned at 50p in a local small store. The other is darker blue with a red band across the top and scanned at 1p in a local extra. This may be just coincidence however and rather than a packaging thing it might be a store thing (if that makes sense):)Awaiting a new sig0 -
My garden looks like a warzone! Upturned tables & chairs and parasols everywhere. I've text DH and told him he must come home at lunch and sort it. Afterall, he wouldn't want my cold to get worse!0
